The Role of Nurse in the Resource Unit

As a nurse in the resource unit, you will work within the hospital's various clinics and operations. To prepare you in the best way, we offer a well-structured orientation in each clinic. For each new clinic you learn, a salary supplement is provided. In addition to the usual nursing tasks, a high level of engagement in the resource unit's work is expected, such as improvement projects and being involved in coordinating and responding to booking requests from the clinics. We have a good and open work climate where you can work independently and with great responsibility, making you feel involved and influential.

The Resource Unit is a group of qualified nurses and nursing assistants covering a large part of short-term absences in all clinics at Värnamo Hospital as well as in health centers. In the resource unit, we are unique in our working method as we offer you:

Your Profile

You are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have broad experience in healthcare with at least 2 years of experience in the profession. You have the ability to make independent decisions and are confident in your professional role. Since this position requires high flexibility, it is important that you can quickly adapt and be open to changes. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have good communication skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Our Offer to You

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. You will work regular shifts during the day, evening, and weekends (two weekends out of six).
